Working with the National Trust in the Lake District National Park

Group volunteers of the Fife Air Cadets Conservation Group carrying out important footpath repairs, working for the National Trust at a local nature reserve site called Ash Landing.  Ash Landing is close to the shore line of Lake Windermere.

Group volunteers learning how to construct a raised footpath using revertments, to take into account that the foot bridge can not be dug lower into the bank due to high water levels in winter.
